VI RACE BY WOMEN

This year the VI Race by Women is celebrated, and it is anticipated to have a total of seven hundred participants. The charity race, for the benefit of the Asociación de Problemas Oncológicos (APRON) – Association for Oncological Problems – will take place next August 26, at 8 PM. 

Yesterday Tuesday August 16 was the presentation, which saw the participation of Juan Franco, Mayor of Línea de la Concepción; Francisco Javier Vidal, delegate councillor of Sports; Antonio Valbuena, our Director of Puerto Deportivo Alcaidesa Marina; and Juan Carlos Sánchez, President of CD MTB Los Enmonaos.

The race will have a length of 5 km, starting and finishing at Alcaidesa Marina. Registration is open until next August 19. You can enter in  DorsalChip.

The delivery of numbers for the VI Race for Women shall take place on August 24 at 6PM in Carrefour, or before the start of the race on August 26.

As it is a flat surface it is a simple circuit where all those wishing to may enter, either running or walking. The President of Apron has indicated their objective to reach seven hundred participants, something which without doubt we hope to achieve.

This year we are making our facilities available to the organisation to show our support to Apron and its fight for persons with oncological illnesses.

Without a doubt we wish to continue cooperating in events like this one.
