BLUE FLAG HOISTED AT ALCAIDESA MARINA

This morning, and for the 9th consecutive year, the Blue Flag was hoisted at Alcaidesa Marina. The Blue Flag is awarded to marinas in recognition of their standards of quality, safety and environmental education & information. This award together with the TYHA 5 gold anchor award, is a reflection of Alcaidesa Marinas commitment to ensure that we maintain a high standard of quality of services and facilities for our customers.
The Mayor of La Linea, Juan Franco, and the Councilor for Tourism, Mercedes Atanet, accompanied by the Director of the marina, Antonio Valbuena, proceeded to raise the only Blue Flag awarded to a state marina in Andalusia for 2020.
Alcaidesa Marina is proud to have the Blue Flag fluttering at the Gateway of the Mediterranean and share it with the city of La Línea de la Concepción on such a special day for the town as is the festivity of the Virgen del Carmen.
